ALL APPLICANTS for the 200 Expo Permits MUST HAVE a valid Utah Hunting or Combination License at the time of application. A Utah lifetime license is valid for use as a hunting license. You may purchase a Utah Hunting or Combination License online here: Utah DWR.

YOU MUST APPEAR IN PERSON at the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo AND validate your application with a picture ID in order for this application to be complete.

All applications and validations must be complete by 4:00 PM Sun. Feb. 16, 2025.
The validation area is on the 2nd floor just inside the east entrance of the Salt Palace Convention Center located at 90 S. West Temple St. Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
